OBJECTIVE

Create a mobile application that assists T-mobile sales associates in selling the T-mobile Jump plan as well as phones with product protection to the customer on the sales floor. The application will also provide the assoicate with their sales rankings as it pertains to their store, region the national salesforce.

 

CHALLENGES:

Many issues were posed by data being transmitted effectively to Assurant's databases from t-mobile to accurately update employee sales data

As with any large amount of data, visualizing it in an effective and beautiful way became a challenge.
 

CONTRIBUTION: UX LEAD & DESIGN LEAD

Assisted in the development of features as proof of concept \\ established user journey\\ Led whiteboarding sessions \\ worked with BA’s and business leads to guide requirments \\ Conducted user research \\ created wireframes \\ designed the UI of the application \\ worked with developers and middle ware to map how data is stored and displayed within the app.

After gathering extensive primary data on user behaviors on the current amazon site , In 2015, the team performed a customer experience audit with the objective to understand what attributes were affecting customer service, identify customer pain points and establish short and long term strategies for implementing site improvements.
